Overview
GPS tracking devices are supplied by GPSCOTECH LLC(GPSCOTECH) and operate on the GPS Our World platform. This policy applies only to physical devices and accessories. Subscription services are governed by a separate policy.
30-Day Returns – Unused & Inactive Devices
If you decide to return your GPS tracking device or accessory within 30 days of delivery, and it has not been activated or used, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Requirements
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All original components and accessories must be included
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Restocking Fee
If packaging is incomplete or components are missing, a restocking fee of up to 16% may be deducted to cover replacement and repackaging costs.
Activated Devices
If a device has already been activated and is returned for reasons other than a verified product defect, the following apply:
- Device refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Subscription and cellular service fees are non-refundable, as they are prepaid and non-recoverable
Defective or Damaged Devices
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged device, please contact GPSCOTECH Support immediately.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
- You must notify us in writing within 72 hours of the delivery date
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and hardware received
- Any hardware you wish to keep must first be approved by a GPSCOTECH representative
Once received and inspected, verified defective units will be replaced at no cost. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
How to Return a Device
- Contact GPSCOTECH Support to request a return label
- Repack the device securely in the original packaging
- Include a note with:
- Name
- Order number
- IMEI / SN / ID number
- Attach the note outside the box (do not write directly on the box)
- Ship the package to the return address provided
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 14 business days for return completion and refund processing.
Important Notes
- Returns without an IMEI/SN/ID will not be accepted
- Damaged or misused products are not eligible for refund or replacement
- All devices are quality-tested prior to shipment
Authorized Sellers
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for devices purchased through:
- Official GPSCOTECH website
- Authorized Amazon storefront
Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
GPSCOTECH LLC reserves the right to update or revise this device policy at any time without prior notice.

Overview
This policy applies to subscription services only, including cellular connectivity and platform access provided through GPS Our World.
Subscription Refund Policy
GPS Canada Track Inc.(GCT or GPS Canada Track) prepays cellular service providers at the start of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted GPS tracking. As a result:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage status
Eligibility Criteria (Limited Exceptions)
Refund consideration may apply only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Payment was made within six (6) months of the refund request
- Subscription services have not been used
- Long-term plans may qualify for a prorated refund if cancelled before the end date
Discretionary Refunds
Refunds outside standard policy terms may be approved solely at the discretion of GPS Canada Track Inc., based on individual circumstances.

- Any supporting documentation
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

By using GPSCOTECH LLC devices and subscribing to services provided through GPS Canada Track Inc. on our GPS Our World platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Subscription Refund & Cancellation Policy.
